Upon arrival, we will have a brief check-in and set intentions for the sound healing session.
During the session simply relax and focus on the sounds and vibrations. Come wearing comfortable clothing, as you will lie down on a massage table or a cushioned floor with supportive bolsters and pillows.
As the sounds wash over you, you might experience sensations such as tingling, warmth, weightlessness and deep relaxation.
The session concludes with a moment of silence to embrace the quiet stillness and integrate the experience. You’ll be gently guided back using your breath and gentle movements in the body. There will be time at the end to share and process anything that may have come up during our time together.
The vibrations and frequencies you receive can linger long after the session is over. Keeping your activities to a minimal for the rest of the day is advisable so you can continue to experience the benefits of the session. I often recommend a barefoot walk on the earth or a foot soak/bath in some salts after a sound session. Stay hydrated and let your body’s natural healing abilities unfold.
